Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Material

End users value eliminating the high cost of maintenance, equipment replacement, and associated downtime by use of Enduro FRP Instrumentation and Pushbutton Stands.

Corrosion Resistance

  • Long Service Life

  • Maintenance Free

FRP Stands and stations from Enduro Composites do not corrode even in facilities with continuous wet or tough chemical exposure. The material’s vinyl ester resin system ensures long, maintenance free, service life that far outlasts galvanized steel or aluminum materials.

High Strength to Weight

  • Durability

  • Reliable

  • Exceptional Strength

Each unit’s FRP structural components are manufactured by pultrusion process that ensures consistent, reliable quality and exceptional strength at much lighter weight than metallic systems. Making up almost 60% of the material weight, its high glass fiber reinforcing content ensures ability to handle high winds plus industrial loading. Its high strength, FRP post base provides reliable support for the stands and equipment.

Cost Effective

  • Comparable to Galvanized Steel

Pricing of the FRP stands is comparable to galvanized steel and much lower than stainless. The stands can be furnished as factory assembled unites or easily assembled onsite. Assembly is faster than metallic systems due to ease of cutting, handling, fitting, and adhesive design. 2″ SteelFreeTM U-Bolts (see pg.2) are ideal for attachment of instruments and gauges to supports.

Product Options

  • Multiple Configurations & Sizes

  • Mounting Options

Enduro instrumentation and pushbutton stands are built to almost any configuration including single, double, or triple arms, various mountings, and large panel design for switch rack stations. The fire retardant, FRP components have a UL Class 1 Flame Spread rating of 25 or less per ASTM E84 test. The stands are also compatible with metallic post bases and support structures.
